DHIMS: Defense Health Information Management System

As the Program Manager for the Defense Health Information Management System, Col. Aaron Silver is responsible for acquiring the information management/information technology solutions that comprise the military's sustaining base electronic health record, AHLTA, and the Theater Medical Information Program.

Army Lt. Col. Enrico Bermudez serves as the Deputy Program Manager for the Defense Health Information Management System Program Office. In this capacity, he assists the Program Manger with oversight of the development, deployment and sustainment of 27 product lines comprising the Department of Defense's electronic health record.
