DHIMS: Defense Health Information Management System

As the Program Manager for the Defense Health Information Management System Col. DaCosta Barrow is responsible for acquiring the information management/information technology solutions that comprise the military's Electronic Health Record, AHLTA, and the Theater Medical Information Program suite of systems.

Army Lt. Col. Aaron Silver is the Deputy Program Manager for the Defense Health Information Management System Program Office. In this capacity, he assists the Program Manager with oversight of the development, deployment and sustainment of 27 product lines comprising the Department of Defense's electronic health record.
